By accessing or using StanceArena (website, PWA, or related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StanceArena provides interactive quiz, poll, battle, and social features. Content may include user-generated questions, AI-assisted translations, chat, gifts, leagues, and optional in-app purchases processed by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy.
Coins may be spent on boosters, hints (e.g. 50/50, reveal letter), timers extensions, premium prediction lenses, chat gifts, and similar digital features. These are immediate-use digital consumables. Once activated or spent, they cannot be restored except at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure.
Battle Pass tiers, avatars, cosmetics, and other premium digital unlocks are licensed for personal in-game use only. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Paid purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (or other payment providers we may enable). Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All applicable taxes may be included or added as shown at checkout.
All sales of virtual currency and digital in-game items are subject to our Refund Policy. Digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable because coins and consumables are delivered instantly.
You are responsible for your account activity. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the economy, cheat, harass others, or attempt fraud.
Questions or content you create may be moderated, ranked, or removed. By submitting content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and translate it within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Game outcomes, rankings, and virtual balances may change as we update features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StanceArena and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim related to paid purchases shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
