When you complete a purchase through Lemon Squeezy (or another enabled payment method), virtual coins and digital entitlements are credited to your StanceArena account immediately. Because these are instant digital goods with no cash value, we do not offer refunds once delivery has occurred.
One-time use items such as 50/50 hints, letter reveals, premium prediction unlocks, and chat gifts are consumed at the moment of use. These purchases are non-refundable after activation or spending.
Battle Pass and other premium digital content unlocks are non-refundable once access is granted to your account, including partial season progress.
If you were charged twice for the same order, or payment succeeded but coins were not delivered due to a verified technical error on our side, contact us within 14 days at admin@stancearena.com with your order receipt. We will investigate and, if confirmed, credit missing coins or coordinate with our payment processor.
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact your payment provider immediately and notify us. We may suspend the account pending investigation.
Filing a chargeback after receiving virtual goods may result in account suspension and reversal of credited coins or items. We encourage contacting us first to resolve issues.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under local law (for example, certain EU consumer rights for digital content). Where law grants a right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and you may lose withdrawal rights once digital content is supplied.
